• Better error reports when your notes can't be loaded, so the problem can be fixed quickly. They never include your notes or the pages they are on (see the privacy policy)

• Docamatic is back! Rebuilt for Chrome's current extension platform (Manifest V3)
• Your notes from the previous version are carried over automatically
• Much lighter on browsing: the notes display only loads on pages that have notes
• Notes look the same on every site, without the site's styles affecting them (or theirs being affected)
• Notes keep saving reliably when Chrome puts the extension to sleep in the background
• Fixed notes not showing on some sites, including after navigating within sites like X and YouTube
• Fixed the "sort by date" view and many smaller bugs
• Security improvements, including protecting your notes from the websites they are on
• Added a tutorial page on first install
• Added usage statistics to see how Docamatic is used (turn off anytime in Settings) and a privacy policy

Known issues in the 2020 version

• Notes cannot be added to all webpages. We are slowly expanding our ability to add to all webpages
• The style changes on certain webpages
• If you change the size of the note on the left or the top, it will result in the note shifting the next time you view it.
• Weird behavior can be had on pages that are SPA's

November 14 2020

• Fixed multiple chrome instance support (multiple windows).
• Fixed adding notes to webpages that have not been reloaded since chrome extension was added

Note: A lot of users have been complaining of issues of not being able to add notes to webpages, I believe these two fixes should fix it for A LOT of people

January 6th 2020

• New notes are not shown on webpages by default. This is part of a new shift for Docamatic. You can optionally choose to show these notes on the webpages. Positions are still saved
• New interface to see notes on current webpage or add note to webpage if none exist
• Ability to manage some properties of the notes in the popup (such as delete, the title, body, whether it is favorited, and toggle visibility on webpage)
